In-Store Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
When you order from ingcotoolsslu.com, you can choose to pick up your orders in-store free or have your orders shipped to you at a fee.
Return & Refund Policy
Log into your ingcotoolsslu.com account click orders, then fill the return form on the purchase item/items you would like to Return.
There is a 20% restocking fee off the price or all items return in the same condition it was purchase in.
Important! Please Note: There is no refund on items that were damaged when it was return or items return after the (7) seven-days return refund period.
In-Store Pickup Order: To get a refund on your purchase items that you pick up in-store, return your purchase to the INGCO Tools St. Lucia Store where it was picked up with a valid purchase receipt.
Shipped Order: To get a refund on your purchase items that were shipped to you, fill the return form then mail the item using the same shipping method. Note: refunds are processed 72 hours after we have received your return item/items.
